Overnight Oatmeal and Chia Pudding

Oats - Chia - Almond Milk


Wouldn't it be amazing if you went to bed and when you woke up, breakfast would magically appear, already made? Now, even if you don't have the world's best husband or a diligent house elf, this is possible!


Overnight Oatmeal

Ingredients

1 cup rolled oats
1 cup almond milk
1 tsp vanilla extract

Combine ingredients, cover and let cool int he fridge overnight. When you wake up in the morning, you can serve the oatmeal cool or heat it up in the microwave. Add fruit, maybe some cinnamon or honey like I have, and enjoy!

Overnight Chia Pudding

Ingredients

1/2 cup chia seeds
1 cup almond milk
1 tsp vanilla

Simply combine ingredients, cover and let cool in the fridge overnight and it will be ready when you wake up! With this recipe I like to add frozen fruit beforehand, like strawberries or bananas, so that they are thawed in the morning and give the pudding a bit of extra flavour.
